Phoenix Contracting Services is a licensed Arizona electrical contractor (ROC #153656) with more than 40 years of commercial, industrial and residential work. We specialize in electrical load studies and infrared thermography, and we also handle panel upgrades, inspections and repairs. We measure before we recommend. We record real electrical demand with calibrated Fluke power quality loggers, so an upgrade recommendation comes from data and not a guess.

Every job follows three steps: a site walkthrough, testing and documentation, then findings and next steps.

WALKTHROUGH AND SCOPE

We start with a free phone consultation, and you can send a photo of your panel or equipment. If on-site work is needed, we visit, look at the panels and service, and agree on what needs to be tested or repaired before any work starts. On-site work is quoted before it begins.

TESTING AND DOCUMENTATION

Load loggers and a thermal camera record what the equipment is doing, and the results are documented for each panel or component we check.

FINDINGS AND NEXT STEPS

These problems often look normal during a standard visual inspection. Scans are usually done while the equipment runs under normal load.
