We have been doing business with Phoenix Contracting Services since 2010. Jeff, Josh and the rest of their crew have always been great!! They are very knowledgeable and professional while at the same time being personable and taking the time to know us. As a woodworker aficionado, in my spare time I have built just about everything from wooden sailboats to kitchen cabinets, to furniture, to entry doors, and may even try building a guitar. I absolutely enjoy building things out of wood. So, when I say that Jeff and his crew are very competent, you can trust my words. They helped me build a workshop at our home. I am not a contractor, nor do I build buildings, but I know good workmanship when I see it, and I see it here. You will find them knowledgeable, courteous, and fair. Who can ask for more?

Phoenix Contracting did an outstanding job while completing a large scale electrical project at the Maya Condominiums. Jeff Finley and his crew were knowledgeable, courtesy and professional during every step of the project and tackled every challenge with confidence and poise. Jeff has incredible customer service and went above and beyond to exceed the expectations of the project. He met with the Board of Directors, Management and Maintenance multiple times to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Jeff arrived at my home ready to work, on his day off. He explained what might have happened to my electrical service He showed me visually his tests. Then how to remedy. Upon checking he found that the problem was with the utility company. He contacted them and arranged the repair. Jeff's skill level and personal manner are Excellent!! I have been exceptionally pleased with the work done by Phoenix Contracting Services. It is consistently excellent. One of the best parts of their service is their attitude. It is one of wanting to do their best for you and to know what else they can do while they are there. They always offer sound advice and great service. And if they need to come back to finish something that they ran out of time to do, it is usually within 24 hours, something unheard of in this area.

Excellent Service! My air conditioner had stopped cooling and I called Phoenix Contracting Services and set up an appointment on Monday morning. The service man “Josh” was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. I thought the main problem was the capacitor and I was right. He replaced it and serviced the equipment. I also told him that one of my son’s room was not cooling. He found that the air duct was split between two rooms, so he fixed that problem, too. He also fixed a valve that was not letting the air conditioner work efficiently. I am very pleased with the service he gave me and plan on setting up a service plan in the spring with them.

Jeff, Josh, and all the crew of Phoenix Contracting did an excellent job on our extensive remodel. They are honest, timely, and do excellent work. Above all we wanted a contractor we could trust and Jeff Finley is the best of the best! Our remodel turned out even better than we had imagined. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding job! Phoenix Contracting Services is awesome. They came out on time and just provided us with top notch service. They installed an outside system and also did some major ductwork in the attic. Our attic is super tight and hard to work in but they were able to be up there working nonstop. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and worked on our house like it was their own. I’m so glad to have found them and would recommend them highly.

Phoenix Contracting Services, thank you for your help in replacing our 200 amp power service entrance panel that was damaged by a severe short in our AC Heat pump compressor! Jeff was very flexible and accommodating, in spite of the fact the removal and install had to be rescheduled due to a no -show of the APS power- disconnect lineman. He is not only very knowledgeable with outstanding project management skills but also has excellent personal management skills,essential, in coordinating the job with the utility company and the municipal inspector(s) I highly recommend his company which performs excellent work at a fair price. I want to say Thanks to Phoenix Contracting Services specifically to their technician. Not only did he arrive in the time frame they gave me, but he came out on a Holiday weekend. Upon arriving, he diagnosed the problem on my unit and gave me more than one option which I greatly appreciated. Once I came to a decision he completed the work that same day. His professionalism and demeanor is not one that is very commonly found in the HVAC trade. To say the least I haven’t had any problems with my unit, and I will certainly recommend them.

I would like to thank everyone at Phoenix Contracting Service. They were very respectful, and knowledgeable. They provided me with a fair price. We needed 17 recessed lights installed in our kitchen, living room, dining room and foyer as well as an electric outlet and coaxial drop being relocated for TV wall mount. When Jeff arrived he looked over each area and gave us a good overview of what type of lighting would work, where it would best be placed and how much lighting would be ideal. These guys make it obvious that they do this type of work routinely and their experience is one of the shining points of dealing with them….Phoenix Contracting Services created a proposal that broke down the work to be done and total cost by each area or room in the house that way all we had to do was pick and choose what solutions/options worked best for us.

Lastly, when it came to installation, the crew arrived on time and made a seriously conscious effort to avoid putting holes in the ceiling when finalizing the grid/layout. They did the job quickly, cleanly and with great expertise.

The only downside of working with Jeff Finley and his team is that you will be spoiled, and expect all your other contractors to be as responsive, creative, solution-oriented, and thorough. We had a time-sensitive electrical project related to a residential remodel, and when our general’s original electrician showed up a month late and basically said “sorry, we don’t do this,” Jeff arrived a mere 15 hours after I called him in a panic. He calmly provided a comprehensive plan, an estimate, and a timeline that would keep us on schedule. This would have been a perfect chance to take advantage of us, but we got a few other bids that came in higher. He stayed in touch via text, email, and phone, and quite frankly, the moment we met him we knew we were in exceptionally capable hands. His crew showed up early every day they were scheduled to be here, and were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We give them an A++ and an enthusiastic high-five
